Definition und Klassifizierungsumfang der Unterposition 8445 30
Die Unterposition 8445 30 der Kombinierten Nomenklatur umfasst Maschinen zum Doublieren (Zusammenführen) und Zwirnen von Textilgarn. Dazu gehören Doppeldrahtzwirnmaschinen, Mehrfachzwirner, Doubliermaschinen und Maschinen zur Herstellung mehrfädiger Garne erhöhter Festigkeit. Das Doublieren bedeutet das parallele Führen von zwei oder mehr Garnfäden, während das Zwirnen ihnen eine gemeinsame Drehung verleiht. Diese Maschinen erzeugen zwei- und mehrfädige Garne für die Herstellung hochfester Gewebe, Nähfäden und Schnüre.
