Definition und Umfang
Die Unterposition 8525 81 umfasst Hochgeschwindigkeitskameras: industrielle Kameras für Bewegungsanalyse, Crash-Test-Kameras, wissenschaftliche Kameras, Sport-Slow-Motion-Kameras und Machine-Vision-Kameras. Das Einreihungskriterium ist die Aufnahmefaehigkeit weit über Standard-25/30/60 fps. Standardkameras fallen unter 8525 82.
Regulatorische Anforderungen
Kameras unterliegen LVD und EMV mit CE-Pflicht. WiFi/Bluetooth-Kameras unterliegen RED. RoHS 2 und WEEE 2 gelten. CBAM gilt nicht. Militaerkameras können Dual-Use-Exportkontrollen unterliegen.
Zollsätze
MFN-Sätze in TARIC prüfen. Kameras können vom ITA-Nullzoll profitieren. Wichtige Hersteller: Photron (Japan), Vision Research (USA), Optronis (Deutschland). Nationale MwSt. wird erhoben.
Exportkontrollen und RED-Anforderungen für Geräte 8525 81
Sender, Kameras und Sende-Empfangsgeräte unter 8525 81 unterliegen der RED 2014/53/EU und können Dual-Use-Kontrollen (Verordnung 2021/821) unterliegen.
