Informational nature
All information provided on Celna24.pl, including duty and VAT calculator results, tariff classifications (CN, HS, TARIC), code descriptions, intelligent search suggestions, glossary, articles, and customs office data, is provided for informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, tax, or customs advice, nor a binding tariff classification.
Binding decisions
Binding tariff classification is issued exclusively by customs authorities through Binding Tariff Information (BTI), in accordance with Article 33 of the Union Customs Code (Regulation (EU) No 952/2013).
Data sources
Customs, excise, and VAT rates are sourced from public databases: TARIC (European Commission), ISZTAR/PUESC (Polish National Revenue Administration), NBP (exchange rates), EUR-Lex (EU legal acts). Data is updated regularly, however real-time accuracy is not guaranteed. Final rate verification before a customs declaration rests with the user.
Limitation of liability
The service provider is not liable for any consequences of decisions made by the user based on information obtained from the service. Use of the service is at the user's own risk.
Copyright
Original content (articles, glossary, descriptions, graphics) is protected under the Polish Act of 4 February 1994 on Copyright and Related Rights. Tariff data sourced from TARIC, ISZTAR, and NBP is public data.
